RECREATIONAL CLASSES
PARENT & TOT
all genders, age 18 months-3 years
THURSDAY 5:45-6:15 pm, once per week.

This energetic and playful class is the perfect way for parents or guardians to join their little ones on a fun-filled adventure in the gym!
Together, you’ll explore movement, balance, coordination, and early social skills through creative games, engaging activities, and toddler-friendly gymnastics circuits.
​
Designed especially for 3-year-olds who aren’t quite ready to fly solo—or who just love having mom or dad nearby—this class is a great way to build confidence while making lasting memories.
​
Come move, laugh, and bond with your toddler—because learning is way more fun when you do it together!
Requirements: Walking independently.
A parent/guardian can have 2 children enrolled, children must take turns on equipment while the parent/guardian helps 1:1.​

SUPERTOTS

all genders, Ages 3-5 years
TUESDAY 6:15-7:00 pm or
THURSDAY 5:00-5:45 pm, once per week

This high-energy class is perfect for preschool and kindergarten-aged kiddos who are ready to explore the gym on their own—no grown-ups needed!
​
We’ll dive into obstacle courses, freestyle movement, and all the basics of gymnastics using fun games and creative circuits. From running and jumping to balancing and climbing, kids will build strength, coordination, and confidence—all while having a blast!
​
A love for moving, playing, and having fun is a must!
​

Requirements: Must be toilet trained.
Parents of 3 year old's must stay in our fieldhouse and sign an insurance waiver.

CARTWHEEL CREW & FLIPPING FUN
all genders, ages 6-7 & ages 8-9
TUESDAY 5:00-6:00 pm or
THURSDAY 3:45-4:45 pm, once per week.
​These two classes run on the same day and time.
​
Prior gymnastics experience is NOT required to be part of this class.
In Cartwheel Crew (ages 6-7), gymnasts will learn basic fundamentals ​on all apparatuses with games & circuits.
Flipping Fun (ages 8-9), is for new & experienced gymnasts who will perfect new skills on all apparatuses.

This class is for any child who has not taken Ninja before.

Check out our NINJA program, a combination of gymnastics, parkour, Ninja and obstacle course training!
Go Ninja is designed to build strength, flexibility, coordination, confidence and fitness using a variety of Ninja training and parkour style obstacles. The Go Ninja curriculum was developed to combine skill and strength elements, conquer obstacles seen on tv and found in gyms, back yards and playgrounds across the country.

PERFORMANCE POSSE
all genders, ages 6-12
MONDAY & WEDNESDAY 5:45-6:45 pm, twice per week.
This class is for the child who loves gymnastics and performing! They aren't quite ready for Achievement but would like to attend gymnastics 2 hours per week.
The gymnasts will learn the Xcel skills but the class will be more laid back than Achievement.
The gymnasts will use the skills they learn in routines to showcase what they have learned but will have the flexibility to make up their own choreography with their coaches guidance.​​

FAMILY FUN DROP IN
all genders, ages 8+
THURSDAY 6:30-7:30 pm, once per week.
Have fun with the whole family!
Bring the family in for some gymnastics fun. This class allows you to have the flexibility to work on the skills you are interested in with the help of qualified coaches!

The coach assesses the overall skill level of attending students and teaches an appropriate lesson for all.
