Regan Dahm
We’re thrilled to welcome Keanna back for her 6th year as our Head Coach! She's NCCP Competition 1 certified, Active Start certified, trampoline trained, and even trained in Parkour! As a certified gymnastics judge, Keanna brings tons of experience and energy to the gym. She’s excited to see all the smiling faces this season and is ready to make sure everyone has a fun and fantastic time at VGC!
Regan is our Assistant Head Coach, and we couldn’t be more excited! This marks her 8th year coaching with our club, and we’re thrilled to welcome her back to the gym! Her passion, positivity, and dedication to our athletes make her a perfect assistant head coach for our gym.

Grace Beaunoyer
Grace is kicking off her 8th year coaching at VGC! She started with our Coach-in-Training program and earned credits through Hillside’s work experience program. She’s excited to be working with our Achievement team and can’t wait to see all the familiar faces back in the gym!

Mikaila Trofimenkoff
Mikaila is joing our coaching team this year! She is working hard to complete her NCCP courses. Mikaila looks forward to seeing you all in the gym!
Pre CIT Coach
Payton Witty
Payton is back for her 3rd year of coaching. As a former Pre-Coach in Training and Achievement team gymnast, she knows the sport well and is excited to share her love of gymnastics while helping out with our recreational classes. Payton will be completing her GF NCCP course this season!

Caitlin Trofimenkoff
Caitlin is a former Achievement Team gymnast and pre-coach in training. She's back for her 2nd year of coaching. This season, she will be working towards her GF NCCP coach training and she looks forward to sharing her knowledge!

Sophie Norris
Sophie is a 2nd year pre-coach in training! Sophie specializes in choreography and works hard to create routines for our Performance Posse and Achievement Team gymnasts. She looks forward to spreading her energy and creativity to our gymnasts!

Solveig Lawson
Solveig is a 2nd year pre- coach in training. She is a competitive gymnast for the Sexsmith team and we look forward to having her teach her amazing skills to our gymnasts!
Madelyn is a 1st year pre- coach in training. She is a former VGC Achievement gymnast. We look forward to having her coach our gymnasts!
